Welcome to Admister. By creating an account or using any part of the service — classifieds, marketplace, digital goods, deals or price comparison — you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password and any two-factor credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
2. Listings and content
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and safety of your listings. Prohibited items, fraud, spam, and infringement of others' rights are not allowed and may be removed without notice.
3. Purchases and escrow
Marketplace payments are held in escrow on your platform balance and released to the seller once you confirm receipt, or automatically after the review window if you do not act. You may open a dispute while funds are still held; our team will review it. Digital goods are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once revealed.
4. Fees and payouts
We charge a commission on completed sales, shown before you list or buy. Sellers may withdraw their available balance subject to review and applicable limits. We may hold or reverse funds where we reasonably suspect fraud or a policy breach.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service, evade rate limits, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
