How it works
- Your payment is held safely. When you pay, the funds are kept in escrow and are not released to the seller until you confirm your order arrived as described.
- Confirm when you are happy. Once the item arrives and matches the listing, confirm receipt and the seller is paid. If you do nothing, the payment auto-releases only after a protection window.
- Open a dispute if something is wrong. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described, open a dispute from the order page while the payment is still held.
- Refunds. When a dispute is resolved in your favour, the held payment is refunded to your Admister balance.
What is covered
Buyer Protection covers marketplace orders paid through your Admister balance: items that never arrive, arrive significantly not as described, or arrive damaged.
Stay protected
Keep all communication and payment on Admister. We cannot protect payments made off-platform, so please report any request to pay outside Admister.
