Moderation: why items are reviewed

Every new listing and product on Admister goes through moderation before it appears publicly. It's a short check, and it exists to keep the boards and storefronts clean for everyone.

Why we do it

Moderation catches spam, misleading titles, and anything that doesn't belong on a given board. It's the same reason buyers can report a listing or product — flagged items come back to moderation for a second look.

What it means for you

• Give it a little time. Your item may not be visible the instant you submit it.
• Be accurate. An honest title, a real description, and a fair price sail through fastest.
• Use real photos of the actual item.

If something is rejected

Fix what was flagged — usually a misleading title, wrong category, or missing detail — and resubmit. When a paid action like a withdrawal is declined, the amount simply returns to your balance, so nothing is lost.

Moderation applies across the platform: the classifieds boards, the market, and digital goods alike.
